Dracula’s Dentures makes a fun chocolate cookie treat

Dracula’s Dentures is a treat guaranteed to bring out some extra fun to your halloween parties. These are clever chocolate chip cookies from the winner of last year’s Toll House Spooktacular Baking Activity Contest. Lori’s inspiration for this treat was to create an easy recipe that her three children could help with in the kitchen and bring to a party. Your kids, your friends, co-workers, and even Dracula himself will want to sink his teeth into these delicious cookies.

Dracula’s Dentures

Ingredients for 24 sets of dentures:

1 pkg. (16.5 oz.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Dough
1/2 cup prepared vanilla frosting, tinted red or pink
1 3/4 cups miniature marshmallows
48 (about 1 tablespoon) blanched slivered almonds

Directions:

PREPARE cookies as directed on package. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire rack to cool completely. Cut each cookie in half for a total of 48 halves.

FROST bottoms of all cookie halves with frosting. Place 6 marshmallow teeth around curved perimeter of 24 halves. Top with remaining 24 halves. For additional support, an additional marshmallow can be placed behind the teeth. Insert two almond slivers in between teeth for fangs. If fangs do not adhere, dip tips into frosting.
